My role & impact

• Oversaw the full migration of the BayHealth website between different hosting providers, ensuring a smooth transition with no major downtime.
• Coordinated the handoff from a large web design/hosting firm to a smaller provider after auditing the site to identify potential break points.
• Rebuilt the entire website from the ground up using Divi CMS, replacing the previous ACF-based layout.
• Recreated the site design to visually match the prior version while reducing complexity, enabling future editing without developer interaction.
